SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (60 minutes for 2 – 5 clients)

Where Bootcamp workouts provide a larger focus on metabolic circuit training for rapid weight loss, Semi-private workouts combine a strength training component to boost lean muscle gain and athletic performance. This is followed by a metabolic circuit for rapid fat loss and a targeted fat loss cardio session to burn even more fat.
Semi-private sessions also pay greater attention to corrective stretching and self-massage to accelerate results and bolster injury prevention due to the availability of additional training time.
Finally, Semi-private training clients have access to more unique training tools and exercise options that are not logistically possible in the large group format of Bootcamp workouts.

Our semi-private training services provide:

EXPRESS FITNESS (30 minutes for up to 8 clients)

Our group exercise program provides:

  • 30-minute Express Bootcamp-style workouts before, during or after work for busy men and women seeking a more cost-effective fitness solution to burn fat and lose weight fast.
  • This high-intensity interval training program features total body workouts with a core emphasis that will match you with the appropriate exercises for your current fitness level in a fun and exciting team environment of up to 8 people.

Five Star BOOTCAMP (45 minutes for up to 8 clients)

This is our year long (based on our 40 week calendar) fitness Bootcamp. Rapid fat loss is the main goal here. This is ideal for people who want to work out in a larger group with families or friends or other likeminded people. Clients who meet in this group often become lifelong friends. This is a 45 minute session devised to push you to the limit within the capabilities of your fitness level. No one is left behind and the focus is on fun. Clients usually exercise at least 3 times a week in Bootcamp . If you are planning a holiday or maybe getting married we recommend joining at least 3 months before the specific date.
Please remember that all of our packages are adaptable. If you don’t see a session on the timetable that suits you then you may be able to start your own group and chose your own time. We are here for you and will help you achieve your fitness goals in the most effective manner possible and will do our utmost to keep all clients satisfied.
