Why would I sign up for semi-private personal training rather than taking part
in classes at my gym/health club?

As our sessions are capped at 5 clients, you can be confident that you will receive the support, guidance and motivation you need to achieve your fitness goals.  With semi-private personal training you get all the benefits of fully private personal training such as; a full movement screen in order for us to personalise and individualise your workout program. A full set of  measurements and progress tracking, body fat analysis, nutrition advice and an expert trainer taking you through your sessions, are all standard.

I don’t have a very good level of fitness; will I fit in with the other members?

Our expert personal trainers adapt their sessions to suit all levels of fitness. Our workout sessions are fast-paced and varied so you’ll improve your endurance and stamina quickly.

Will I get sore from your workouts?

You sure will! But only for the first couple of weeks, after this transition to fitness period you will be feeling fantastic after your workouts. Remember hard work takes effort and we only take on clients who are willing to put in 100%.

What qualifications do you and your team of personal trainers have in order to
offer me the best training programme available?

How many sessions would I need to attend?

We work on offering 3 sessions per week and we encourage you to attend at least 2.  Sessions run at various times and days throughout the week so you will always be able to find a session that is convenient for you. If your purse strings are very tight then you could even do one session per week. We will supply you with workouts to do on your own if needed in between you working out with us, as its all part of our legendary service.

What if I want to join Newcastle Fitness Club by myself?

Absolutely no problem! We will quickly find a group slot for you and make sure you are exercising with like minded people. You will definitely become solid friends with your group and enjoy the support and camaraderie that develops in the sessions. 

I have had a great personal trainer before and have also trained in group! What is the main difference with your semi-private group training?

Wow! What an amazing thought provoking question which we have been asked more than once. You have more or less answered your own question by saying ‘i had a...’whatever reason you stopped or gave up rarely happens at Newcastle Fitness Club. 90% of our clients continue to work with us long after they have reached their goals.(we have had some clients for the last 10 years or so) We think it’s because they like us and we always deliver the best results. Please note the average retention rate is for a normal health club clientele is 40% to 60% at most. They charge probably a third of our costs but they retain less clients. Believe me it’s nothing to do with cost, it’s more to do with the service provided. Since you asked this question it has spurred me to make the offer below.
