Our Programs and Yearly Calendar


Below is our 2010 on-site training calendar for Semi-private, Express Workouts and Bootcamp training. Our fitness membership programs operate on approximate 3-weeks on, 1-week off training schedule. This is based mainly around Bank Holidays. This format is scientifically proven to maximize training results while providing for the necessary pre-planned mental and physical regeneration for long-term success and injury prevention. The sole exception to this format is a 2-week end of year break during the busy and stressful Holiday season to provide complete recovery from a solid year of training. Orientations are sessions where all new group members start their training, you cannot join Newcastle Fitness club without doing an orientation first!

Please note: Your week off training does not mean that you don’t do anything. You will given 'done for you' maintenance workouts if needed and information on how to 'regenerate yourself' to prepare for the next training phase.

Our 21 Days for £39 Five Star Bootcamp Trial Membership*

Our Five Star Bootcamp Trial Membership  includes 9 sessions of our high energy group fitness coaching sessions (max. of 8 per group); a scientifically designed group fitness program designed to boost your metabolism, decrease injuries, increase your strength and function better in your daily activities.

At the end of the trial membership, if we are not the club for you, simply walk away and you will be under no further obligation.

* This membership is recommended if you do not have any special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require you have a specific program designed for you.

Annual Membership Options

Memberships are billed with EFT/Debit or Credit Card and are a 12-month agreement. First payment due at the END of the first month of membership – billed monthly thereafter.

Express Fitness (30 mins)

  • This high-intensity interval training program features total body workouts with a core emphasis that will match you with the appropriate exercises for your current fitness level in a fun and exciting team environment of up to 8 people.

Five Star Bootcamp (45 mins)

  • This membership is recommended if you do not have any special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require you have a specific program designed for you.

Semi-private Training (60 mins)

  • Individualized program design written specifically for you (changed every 4-6 weeks).
