I have been training with Steve for a number of years and it’s NEVER boring. I can honestly say that I'm always motivated to do the next session! Varied routines and specific programmes are all part of the deal. Over the period I have trained I have done many climbing trips to the Alps, South America, Africa and most recently Greenland on a mountaineering trip, my fitness levels have been fantastic thanks to Steve. We are now on another new programme which should get me to the top of Aconcagua in Jan 2010!

"I find him to be an excellent trainer"
I have been training with Steven Hope for a number of years now and find him to be an excellent personal trainer. My work places enormous stress on my body as I spend long periods of time in enforced non weight bearing/inactivity in a confined space; this is very detrimental to my posture, fitness and weight management; however with Steve's careful assessment and individualised programs I have been able to correct and maintain my posture whilst also improving my fitness. I now find it much easier to manage my body weight; this has also been helped by Steve's nutritional advice which I have found invaluable.

There is so much more to getting fit than turning on the headphones and going for the burn.
Having had a personal trainer before Steve, I became disappointed in what I was doing, same programme same old boring chat and not much in the way of results. That’s not what you get with Steve. The whole ethos of his physiological and life style choice begins to work on you from the moment you meet him, during the workout, but continues long after it ends. He gets in your mind!!!
It’s fun, its hard work; it’s never the same programme. The word "NO!" is not one he knows and God knows I’ve used it often enough, he just gets you to a mind set. No! Is a negative, He’s only about the positive YES! YES!
The training is............ well mind blowing. The results are fantastic, and not just the physical results, let’s not forget the mental attitude, both need to go hand in hand, this is what you get and it sure is what you want.
In weeks my clothes size was changing, my fitness levels began to soar, I was energised, I hated being competitive where training was concerned, I never thought at 52 I would be able to do this type of training, well I’m here doing it and loving every moment of it, and becoming competitive within myself.

"Steve has changed my ‘give up’ attitude and I have no intention of quitting!"
I have been training with Steve for just over a year and in that time I have went from an unfit couch potato to super fit and energetic. I’m not going to pretend I love exercise but Steve gives me diverse workouts tailored to my needs and I actually am beginning to look forward to going to the gym as I never do the same workout twice.
The best thing I have found about Steve training me is he makes me work harder than I ever would just going to the gym by myself and he ensures I am doing the proper exercises to strengthen and tone specific parts of my body, giving much quicker effects.
I never thought I would keep up going to the gym but Steve has changed my ‘give up’ attitude and a year later I still have no intention of quitting!
